Job summary

Palomacares is seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for PRN home infusion shifts in Joshua, TX. Nurses will travel to patients' homes to administer IV infusions, antibiotics, hydration, and related therapies under physician orders and pharmacy protocols.

Requirements include an active Texas RN or LVN license, current BLS/CPR, at least 1 year of nursing experience, peripheral IV skills, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Peripheral IV insertion and central-line care within scope.

Job description

We are hiring home infusion nurses (RN or LVN) for PRN / as-needed coverage in Joshua, TX. Assignments depend on patient referrals and service needs, so hours and volume may vary. You will travel to patients' homes to provide skilled home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics and hydration, in line with physician orders and pharmacy protocols.

Required: current, unrestricted Texas RN or LVN license; current BLS/CPR certification; at least 1 year of recent nursing experience; peripheral IV insertion and central-line care within scope; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred: home infusion, infusion center, ER, ICU, oncology or vascular-access experience.

Schedule: Part-time / PRN. Pay: $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
