Magenta Care LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in clients' homes. You will assess patient needs, coordinate with physicians, and educate families on infusion therapy while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

Applicants must hold a CA RN license and have at least 1 year of infusion/ER/ICU experience, with strong IV skills and a valid CA driver’s license. Travel to client locations within the LA area is required.

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Valid CA driver's license with insurability and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope.
• Assess and plan care, involve patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to create care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admissions.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences, safety.
• Document changes and communicate with the team and physician.
• Deliver home health nursing adhering to policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and self-care.
