Job summary

Magenta Care LLC seeks an experienced home infusion RN to provide direct patient care in the Riverside, CA area. The role involves travel to clients within a 1–2 hour radius, delivering compassionate, privacy-respecting care and coordinating with physicians.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, educate families on infusion therapy, and ensure safety and quality in a home health setting. Valid CA RN license and infusion/ER/ICU experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in infusion, ER, or ICU.
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Valid CA driver's license with proof of insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Continuously assess and plan care with patient and family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Facilitate start of care through admission process.
• Advocate for patient rights, preferences and safety.
• Document changes and communicate promptly to the care team.
• Provide home health nursing care following agency policies.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy management and self-care.
