Job summary

CureCare, a trusted home infusion nursing provider serving patients across the Northeast, is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver infusion therapy in patients' homes with compassion and clinical excellence.

This per diem role offers flexibility and requires at least 20 hours per month of documentation, with full-time benefits available after 3 months for those averaging 32+ hours per week. You will build your book of business while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver's license and reliable means to reach patients' homes.
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Proficient with nursing documentation in electronic medical records.
• CPR certification current.
• COVID vaccination preferred but not mandatory.
• Home infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients, provide infusion therapy, education, and monitoring.
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices as prescribed.
• Administer medications, assess for side effects.
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies.
• Assess patient appropriateness for home infusion.
• Document patient history and clinical information.
• Provide skilled care as ordered.
• Communicate patient response to care promptly.
