Job summary

CureCare is seeking a skilled Home Infusion RN to join our team and deliver high-quality infusion therapy to patients in their homes. This role offers per diem schedules with the potential for full-time benefits after meeting minimum weekly hour requirements.

Applicants should have an active RN license, valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of infusion experience. CPR certification and proficiency with EMR documentation are required, with home infusion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in applicable states
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 2+ years infusion experience in clinical care
• Ability to document in electronic medical records
• Proficiency with peripheral IV insertion and patient assessment
• CPR certification current
• Home infusion experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and provide infusion therapy and education
• Establish and maintain vascular access as prescribed
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Maintain knowledge of infusion therapies and safety protocols
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion
• Document patient history and clinical information
• Provide skilled nursing care as ordered
• Communicate patient response to care promptly
