Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Chandler and surrounding locations. The RN will educate patients and families, implement and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and pharmacies to ensure high-quality nursing care.

The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg/ICU/ER background, solid IV placement, and current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years nursing experience preferred in acute care settings.
• Home infusion experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong IV placement and line care skills; port access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily nursing visits and care in home infusion and infusion center settings.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention, and healthy habits.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies to develop and update the treatment plan.
• Document care for each patient in the EMR and maintain accurate records.
