Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one infusion therapy and clinical care to patients in their homes across the Montgomery area. Ideal candidates have strong IV skills, an active RN license, and a desire for flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and meaningful relationships with patients and families. Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Strong IV start skills required.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability to independently provide care in a home-based setting.
• Home infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and effectively in patients' homes.
• Provide one-on-one nursing care according to each patient's treatment plan.
• Perform IV starts and utilize strong infusion nursing skills.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment, and ongoing care.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate clinical updates as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and families.
