Job summary

A multi-state provider of home infusion services is seeking a per diem Home Infusion RN to deliver direct patient care in the home setting. Responsibilities include administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring patient conditions, and performing ongoing assessments. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of home infusion experience, a valid RN license, current BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you're applying.
• Valid driver's license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting.
• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions and monitor patients during treatment.
• Perform ongoing assessments of patient condition.
