Job summary

CVS Health in the St. Louis metro area is seeking a part-time Home Infusion RN to deliver patient-centered care in home settings. You will provide infusion therapies, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and care teams.

Travel up to 2 hours one-way is required in some cases, with travel time paid. Qualified RNs hold MO and IL licenses, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Infusion experience and proficiency with MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current MO and IL licenses.
• Minimum one year nursing and infusion/IV experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proficient in documenting patient care in MS Office.
• On-call rotation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Conduct one-on-one home visits and patient education.
• Coordinate with physician, pharmacist and care teams.
• Travel up to 2 hours one-way; time for travel paid.
