Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC seeks a licensed RN for in-home infusion nursing in the San Antonio area. You will perform IV/subcutaneous infusions, assess patients, provide education to patients and caregivers, and coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure safe, effective therapy.

Travel up to 2 hours from San Antonio/New Braunfels is required and compensated. Shifts are 20–30 hours per week, with compensation of $45–$50 per hour plus $0.48 per mile.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with relevant infusion experience.
• Willing to travel to patient homes within up to 2 hours from the San Antonio/New Braunfels area.
• IgCN certification holders may participate in CSI’s Immunoglobulin Mentorship Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home infusion therapy with travel to patient residences.
• Administer IV, subcutaneous, or other prescribed therapies per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and post-infusion care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the infusion process and responses.
• Coordinate with nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure safe, effective care.
