Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Home Infusion RN to deliver specialty infusion nursing care in patients' homes, adhering to care plans and protocols. You will administer therapies like IVIG and Remicade, assess patients, educate families, and coordinate with the care team.

Ideal candidates have an active PA RN license, experience with infusion therapies, strong IV skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.

Formación

• Active Pennsylvania RN license is required.
• Experience with IVIG, Remicade, enzyme replacement therapy, or biologics in infusion settings.
• Experience in an infusion clinic, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion environment.
• Strong IV skills and clear clinical judgment.
• Ability to work independently in patients' homes while staying connected with the care team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialty infusion nursing care in patients' homes following the care plan and clinical protocols.
• Administer and monitor therapies such as IVIG, Remicade, enzyme replacement therapies, and biologics.
• Assess patients before/during/after infusions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers about their care and provide emotional support.
• Coordinate with specialty pharmacy and other care partners.
• Use clinical judgment and infusion expertise to deliver attentive, individualized care.
