Job summary

Venture Forthe Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse (RN) in New York to deliver high-quality infusion therapy in patients' homes. You will provide IV initiation, monitoring, line care, and pump programming while educating patients and caregivers.

This role requires collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure safe, effective care. The ideal candidate will have NY RN licensure, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and infusion therapy expertise.

Qualifications

• RN license in New York required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing preferred.
• Infusion therapy experience strongly preferred.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home infusion services including IV initiation and pump programming.
• Assess patients and develop individualized infusion care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and care.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and care teams for safe care.
• Monitor for infusion reactions and clinical changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support quality improvement and staff training.
