Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver in-home infusion therapy, provide patient education, and ensure safe administration of prescribed treatments in patients’ homes. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

As a Home Infusion RN, you will build strong patient relationships, adhere to treatment plans, and support positive clinical outcomes while enjoying a flexible schedule and field-based work across

• Current state driver’s license.
