Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our patient‑focused team. In this role you will provide IV therapy and education in patients' homes, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

A valid RN license, excellent IV skills, and a current state driver’s license are required. We offer a flexible schedule, door‑to‑door pay, mileage reimbursement, shift differential, and referral bonuses in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.
