KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts. Enjoy schedule flexibility and the chance to build lasting relationships with patients in their homes.

As a Home Infusion RN, you will provide one-on-one patient care and education per the prescriber’s plan, using your IV infusion expertise, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective therapy at home.

Formación

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Home infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education per prescriber’s plan.
• Administer IV therapies in the home setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment.
