CVS Health’s Coram CVS Specialty Infusion is seeking a Home Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapies, educating patients and families within their own homes. Expect autonomy with travel to Boise and surrounding areas, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, ongoing training, and coordination with physicians and pharmacists to support treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in ID; multi-state licensure may be required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Strong peripheral IV skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document patient care activity.
• Participate in telephonic on-call rotation as indicated by staffing needs.

Responsibilities

As a Home Infusion Nurse with Coram CVS Specialty Infusion, you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. As a Home Infusion RN you will… Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients’ homes Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home. Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners. Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RN’s such as Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI®)! Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Schedule and travel time In this autonomous, per diem position, you will average 10-20 hours/week visiting patients in Boise and surrounding areas. Drives of up to two hours each way are possible. All travel time is paid and we have a travel reimbursement program. Hours are mostly during the day, but can go into the early evenings at times.

Registered Nurses (RN) with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, have a uniquely rewarding setting to use their exceptional nursing skills. Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in state of ID.
• Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Strong peripheral IV skills
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.
• Participate in the telephonic on-call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs. Currently, our ID nurses do not need to participate in this schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years’ nursing experience
• Home healthcare experience Education: RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $26.01 - $56.14 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
