Job summary

InfuCare Rx, a national specialty infusion company, is hiring a Home Infusion Nurse in Sulphur, LA to deliver IV therapy at patients' homes and ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include an unencumbered RN license, current CPR, 3 years RN experience (home care preferred), BSN or ADN from an accredited program, eligibility to work in the US, and ability to pass competency checks and background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally home care, with exceptional IV skills.
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited program.
• Current CPR
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel, acting as the patient advocate.
• Interpersonal skills: collaborate with an exceptional team to meet positive client care outcomes.
• Communicate with patients about health care and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Administer IV therapy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
