InfuCare Rx is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to join our Baton Rouge team. The role focuses on delivering IV infusion therapy to patients at home, monitoring conditions, and coordinating with a dedicated nursing staff to ensure safe, effective care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has IV therapy experience, and is committed to providing compassionate patient-centered care in a home setting. This full-time position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, with home care and IV skills.
• BSN or ADN or graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Annual competency checks required.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug test.

Responsabilités

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient conditions and notify changes, acting as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to meet positive client care outcomes.
• Communicate health care information with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Administer IV therapy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
