InfuCare Rx Inc on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries in Fallon, NV is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centered team. The role focuses on delivering IV therapies and comprehensive in-home care to patients with complex conditions, ensuring safety and quality of life.

Candidates must hold an RN license, have CPR, and meet experience thresholds; the position requires strong nursing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a care team.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current CPR.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test.

Responsabilités

• Attention to Detail: Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Interpersonal Skills: Work collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes.
• Communication: Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• IV therapy.
• Compliance: Maintain clinical records in accordance with laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
