The ideal candidate holds a current RN license with 3 years of RN experience, preferably in home care, and possesses a BSN or ADN from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years' experience as an RN preferred, ideal home care exposure.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV therapy and monitor patient conditions, acting as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet positive patient care outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records per local, state and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse or manager.
