Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience.
• Must possess exceptional IV skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Must pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record; must pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret, and monitor patient’s condition as a patient advocate.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to achieve positive client care outcomes.
• Discuss healthcare with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
