Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience, ideally with home care.
• BSN, ADN, or approved nursing program completion.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patient conditions and act as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Perform IV therapy for home infusion patients.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
