Job summary

Druid City Infusion is seeking a Registered Nurse to support infusion therapies delivered in patients' homes and local clinics. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate infusion care in collaboration with the pharmacist, educate patients, and coordinate with pharmacy staff for scheduling and delivery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associate or bachelor's).
• Current BLS certification.
• Clinical experience in healthcare, preferably infusion therapy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery with pharmacy staff.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab testing.
• Provide emergency support using sound clinical judgment.
