Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite under supervision. You will initiate and implement nursing plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 100%. Infusion nursing experience is preferred, with BSN education being a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care in patients' homes or infusion suites.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care in real time for billing and continuity of care.
