Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care in patients’ homes or alternate infusion suites. You will operate under supervision, ensuring patient safety and adherence to physician plans of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience in infusion nursing. Travel up to 100% may be required as you work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide continuous, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 1+ years of nursing or infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and manages intermediate nursing plans of care.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and caregivers.
• Assesses patient status during visits and documents care in real time.
• Communicates with clinical team and physicians to coordinate care.
• Provides supervision or mentorship to less experienced RNs when applicable.
