Liberty Nursing Agency Inc is seeking a dedicated Home Infusion Nurse to join our team in Manasquan, NJ. This role delivers specialized infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their homes, requiring independence and a patient‑centered approach.

If you are a skilled RN with infusion experience, you will evaluate and monitor responses, manage IV access, educate caregivers, and collaborate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• 1–2 years infusion/IV therapy experience.
• Proficiency with peripheral IV, PICC, and central venous catheter care.
• Knowledge of infusion meds, dosing, and adverse reactions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport for home visits.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and medications at patient homes.
• Assess responses and document findings.
• Insert and maintain peripheral/PICC/central venous devices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and teams.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Manage and restock infusion supplies for home visits.
