Job summary

Accredo, a division of Cigna, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver in-home care and manage infusion therapies for patients in Wilmington, DE. The role is part-time (32 hours/week) with a strong benefits package and a competitive salary range.

The nurse will coordinate with pharmacists and care teams, document care activities, and act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring high-quality outcomes in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• 2+ years RN experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
