Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide care to patients in their homes. You'll be responsible for the safe administration of specialty medications, partnering with care teams for holistic well-being.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of RN experience, including critical care or home healthcare, possesses an active RN license, and is available for a 32-hour workweek. Competitive benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 32-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications in patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams for holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments and treatments to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making for optimal outcomes.
