Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver care in patients’ homes. You will administer IV infusions, coordinate with care teams, and document progress to support positive health outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, 1 year in critical/acute/home health, IV proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with travel within a large geographic region. A BSN is preferred.

As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver life-changing care while building meaningful relationships and driving positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
