Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse (Specialty Medication Field Nurse) to deliver care in patients' homes and build trusted relationships. You will administer specialty medications (including IV infusions), collaborate with pharmacists and care teams, and document patient progress.

Requires active RN license, 1 year of relevant experience, valid driver's license, ability to travel, and flexibility for a 40-hour week with some evenings

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting is strongly preferred.
• BSN.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
