Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled IV Infusion RN to deliver patient-centered infusion therapies in home and facility settings. You will apply IV techniques, monitor patients, and collaborate with a dedicated nursing team to ensure safety and comfort during treatment.

Requirements include an active RN license, 3 years of practice preferred (home care a plus), BSN/ADN, CPR certification, and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret, and monitor patient’s condition; notify appropriate personnel of changes; act as patient advocate
• Collaborate with the nursing team to meet positive client care outcomes
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team
• Provide IV therapy to patients as prescribed
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Skills, Requirements And Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate
• Interpersonal Skills: Working collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes

Successful Candidates Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years' experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, must possess exceptional IV skills
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current CPRProof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test

Physical Demands

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
