Job summary

InfuCare Rx is seeking an IVIG Infusion Nurse in the Bradenton, FL area to provide patient-centric infusion care at home. The role emphasizes nursing excellence, IV therapy proficiency, and collaborative teamwork to support complex patient needs.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, with 3 years’ experience preferred, and a background in home care is desirable. CPR, competency checks, and clear background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, ideally with home care, must have exceptional IV skills.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing or an accredited nursing program graduate.
• Current CPR and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Must pass annual competency checks and background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient condition and notify the nursing team of changes, acting as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with the team to meet positive patient care outcomes and ensure quality care.
• Discuss health care with patients, listen to concerns, and relay information to the nursing team.
• Administer IV therapy and manage infusion procedures.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Skills, Requirements And Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate

Successful Candidates Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, must possess exceptional IV skills
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current CPR
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test

Physical Demands

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
