Advanced Infusion Care is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to help patients access infusion therapies. The role involves verifying insurance, reviewing benefits, obtaining authorizations, and coordinating communications among patients, providers, nursing, pharmacy, and sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong infusion reimbursement knowledge, payer requirements experience, and a background in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or infusion center operations.
Home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience is strongly preferred, with extensive experience supporting immune globulin therapies (IVIG/SCIG) highly desired. Experience with Alpha-1 and other specialty biologic therapies is also preferred.

This is not a general medical intake position. Candidates must have prior experience working in a Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, or Infusion Center environment.
