Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to explain findings clearly and recommend options.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently and prioritize leads to maximize opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
