Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Willingness to obtain required state pest control licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you).

Responsibilities

• Build trust through in-home consultations and inspections.
• Perform full inspections—from attics to crawlspaces.
• Deliver tailored pest solutions using training and tools.
• Close deals with a sales system and your hustle.
• Grow business through company-provided leads and personal effort.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Work in varied environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, confined spaces.
• Prioritize safety in all activities and wear PPE as needed.
