Job summary

Handyman Connection of Overland Park is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help homeowners and commercial property managers turn repair and remodeling projects into reality. You’ll meet clients, listen to their needs, and craft professional estimates using our software.

Base salary is $45,000 per year with a 5% commission on labor sold, plus performance bonuses. Uncapped earning potential, paid training, and career growth opportunities await in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, construction, remodeling, or home services preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
