Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking experienced Craftsmen to service the Douglas County area, performing residential repairs and improvements with precision and professionalism.

Join a fast-growing team offering diverse work in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical, and general home repairs. You will operate as an independent contractor (1099) with a flexible schedule and supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or remodeling
• Reliable work vehicle and own tools
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Must pass a background check
• Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience
• Comfortable using a smartphone and accessing mobile apps
• Independent Contractor (1099) – Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required)

Responsibilities

• Perform residential handyman jobs and home improvements with a focus on quality and professionalism
• Accurately estimate labor and material costs and complete jobs with customer satisfaction in mind
• Maintain strong communication with customers, office staff, and suppliers
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Represent Handyman Connection as a trusted, courteous professional in every interaction
