Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service inside our store. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with home improvement needs.

You may work in departments such as Appliances, Hardware, or Plumbing, with responsibilities including restocking, processing orders and deliveries, and guiding customers through checkout.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing products.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
