Job summary

Lowe's in Kalispell, Montana is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find the right products and provide friendly, professional service throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist with locating and handling merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and learn multiple departments to deliver the best customer service. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by checking empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint tinting, cutting/packaging items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
