This position is based in Port St. Lucie County, FL, and serves patients in the St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River County, FL, areas.

Your role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN)

Education

As a Home Hospital RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. This position is unique and doesn't require the Medicare OASIS documentation. This specialized division within our agency primarily provides patients with higher acuity treatments and education surrounding more acute complications, such as:

• TPN administration
• Chest tubes
• Lab Draws
• IV Therapy/Maintenance
• Wound vacs/wound care
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Respiratory care
• Patient and caregiver education
  
  

Qualifications

• Unincumbered Florida Registered Nurse license (required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation (required)
• Home health care experience is preferred, but not required
