Pay ranges from $25.20 to $37.80 per hour for full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development. Required: unencumbered LPN license in state, CPR, valid driver's license; hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or transportation

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN daily
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations
• Assists the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as needed
• Assists the patient with daily activities and encourages appropriate self-care daily
• Reports to the patient's physician and other appropriate personnel regarding pertinent changes in the patient's condition as needed
• Performs complex wound care if in-service is documented for specific procedure daily or as needed
