Job summary

Gallagher Hospice is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team delivering compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families. As an LPN, you’ll follow care plans, document accurately, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to relieve pain and ensure dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (hospice, home health, or med/surg a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
