Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective home hemodialysis treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Continuously monitor patient responses and make real-time adjustments to care plans.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home dialysis procedures, safety practices, and managing complications.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments, medications, and patient progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience ; dialysis experience strongly preferred.
• At least 6 months of direct dialysis (home or in-center) experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
