You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake and seamless coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. The role involves verifying insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers), coordinating documentation, and supporting walk-in and retail equipment requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake and insurance qualification.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers) and coordinate with upstairs teams as needed.
• Provide technical assistance and support for walk-in and retail equipment requests.
