Jefferson Health is seeking a Pharmacy Field Services Representative to deliver medications, supplies, and equipment to patients’ homes. The role includes picking up equipment and supplies as needed and coordinating with the WHT team to ensure timely service.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and 2–3 years in field services or healthcare settings. This is a full-time on-site position with a regular vehicle fleet and customer-facing responsibilities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a related position in field services/customer services.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a related healthcare environment would be desirable, but not essential
• 2 years clean driving record

Mansioni

• The Pharmacy Field Services Representative provides delivery services for Walnut Home Therapeutics (WHT) including the delivery of supplies, medications and equipment to patient's homes.
• Also responsible for retrieval of equipment and supplies as defined by WHT Job Description.
