Job summary

Hunter Care Health is seeking a Delivery Driver to perform prescription deliveries to patients at their home or business and to collect payments and signatures. The role requires punctuality, adherence to HIPAA, and collaboration with pharmacy staff to ensure timely deliveries.

The position supports a 5-day delivery schedule, with hours 9:00am–6:00pm and shifts assigned by the pharmacist according to company needs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must read, interpret maps and GPS.
• Must read and comprehend written instructions in English.
• Must commit to a regular and consistent schedule so we can provide delivery service 5 days a week.
• Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to handle sometimes bulky packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription medication to patients at their residence or business.
• Obtain customer signatures as proof of receipt and collect money.
• Return signed receipts, money, and undelivered prescriptions to the pharmacy at shift end.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with process improvement and suggest improvements.
