Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support patients across Western PA and surrounding areas.
• Spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations.
• Ensure timely charting and documentation to meet deadlines.
• Self-manage time, schedule, and daily workflow.
• Maintain compliance with clinical quality standards and EMR documentation requirements.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Quality & Home Health | Western Pennsylvania

Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team in Western Pennsylvania. This full‑time role focuses on the management and delivery of patient care plans, clinical documentation, and quality oversight while supporting patients across local communities. The position requires weekend on-call availability and regular local travel to patient homes.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

Education

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Experience

• 1+ year of RN experience
• 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Clinical Documentation
  • Clinical Informatics
  • Clinical Quality
• 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR systems
  • Practice Partner EMR

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• ALL of the following valid certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable with the required travel for this position
• Has spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone)

Preferred

• RN License Number (for verification and expedited processing)

• Daily driving to patient homes and community locations
