Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team serving Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. You’ll deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients’ homes, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support independence and quality of life.

You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage urgent situations, and document care with attention to detail, all while maintaining flexibility to meet patient needs in varied home

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute, or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and monitor changes in patient conditions.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessment, care, and outcomes accurately.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$58.00 - $65.00 per point
