Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our home health visit team serving Northbridge, Upton, Hopedale, Milford, Holliston and surrounding towns. You will deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients' homes, promoting independence with compassion and reliability.

You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute/post-acute conditions, reconcile medications, and document care using point-of-care technology.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home.
• Reconcile medications, provide teaching, and ensure safety monitoring.
• Document care accurately using point-of-care technology.
• Provide wound assessment, care, and documentation as part of home visits.

Make an Impact as a Full-Time Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care

Territory: Northbridge, Upton, Hopedale, Milford, Holliston and surrounding towns

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$58.00 - $65.00 per point
