Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team serving Brockton, Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, and surrounding towns. Full-time or part-time, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to patients at home.

You will assess, plan, and implement care with a focus on patient safety and independence, working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• MA nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or equivalent).
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care at home (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage urgent clinical situations and manage care independently in the home setting.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full time or part time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team providing visits to our patients in Brockton, Bridgewater, West Bridgewater and surrounding towns. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$57.00 - $62.00 per point
